Travel back in time with the Wabasha County Historical Society

The museum is in Minnesota’s oldest surviving Italianate brick schoolhouse in Reads Landing, MN.  Built in 1870, the building is now on the National Register of Historic Places and loaded with local history.  Additionally, our Agricultural Heritage Building shares the long farming history and an extensive collection of vintage farm machinery.

The Wabasha County Historical Society Museum is open for the 2026 Season!

Our open hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 12 pm – 4 pm
